Early stage syphilis:

Early stage syphilis / Primary Stage :-

As a result of intercourse with a sick person. Within 5-10 / 12 days after the pathogen enters the body, a rash occurs on the penis of men and on the genitals of women. Gradually, it itches and becomes inflamed around it. After 3-4 days, the rash becomes a watery blister. This is the primary symptom.

Secondary Stage : —

The invasion of pathogens increases. Genital or genital rash melts and sores appear. Not only that, such sores can be seen inside the penis in and around the urethra; Rashes or sores can be seen in other parts of the body and on the skin. That’s because germs mix with blood.

Tertiary Stage : —

If the disease is chronic, nail fall, hair loss, sores etc. appear in different parts of the body; Syphilis spores attack the heart, lungs, kidneys, etc.; And the body becomes weak and various symptoms appear with it; If the nervous system is affected, it can cause amnesia, paralysis, etc., and even the patient becomes insane.

This disease is very dangerous. Therefore, treatment should be done in the first instance. If not, it becomes difficult to cure the disease later.

A blood test should be done only if the disease is suspected. Wassermann Khan (WR) Test; And if the Vernal Disease Research Laboratory Test (VDRL) is positive, the disease can be confirmed.

Treatment:

1. Germicidal medicine should be given—

• Tab Linemett-500 (Tab Linemet-500) 1 time 4 times a day for 20-30 days.
• Tab Roxid 150 mg (Tab Roxid-150 mg) 1 time 2 times a day for 7 days-10 days.
• Tab Roxyrol 150 mg (Tab Roxyrol-150 mg) 1 time 2 times a day for 10 days.

Small children Tab Roxyrol Kid 50 mg (Tab Roxyrol Kid-50 mg) – 1 tablet 1-2 times a day for 10 days.

2. Wash the affected part well with Dettol water and apply Wokadine or Betadine lotion.

3. If other diseases appear in the body, it should be treated immediately.

Normal white:

1. If any one of the two sexual partners is infected with this disease, sexual intercourse should be stopped until the disease is completely eradicated from both of them.

2. Eat light and nutritious food. Eat more milk, ghee, fruits, vegetables etc. It is good to eat Charapona, Shingi-Magur fish. It is better not to eat eggs, meat, alcohol etc.

3. Do not apply excessive heat or excessive cold.

4. The disease should be treated immediately and the treatment should be stopped after checking whether it has been eradicated.
